台宣和中宣和諧之旅(Mission Harmony to Taiwan and China)為海峽兩岸青少年舉辦英文暑期聖經營, 以敬拜來宣揚主耶穌, 用中英文講聖經故事, 教會話、造句、唱遊、舞蹈、遊戲和做手工藝來提供青少年一個講、聽和寫英文的活潑環境 - 美國村少年樂園暑期英文營(USA Village and Kids’ Place)。
因著神的恩典,台宣能在佛光山前的里港和拜媽祖興盛的東港國小舉辦暑期, 甚至上課期間全校的英文聖經營, 帶領數百青少年信主, 興旺福音, 並鼓勵、造就當地教會的同工。中宣繼台宣後, 前往中國太原舉辦中文青少年聖經營, 並培訓師資。除青少年營會之外, 又舉辦一系列成年社區的專題講座, 福音音樂會及關懷輔導當地的信徒。

By God’s grace Mission Taiwan(MT), Mission China(MC) and Mission Harmony to Taiwan and China(MH) has been able to outreach Chinese students in Taiwan and China by introducing a fun environment – USA Village and Kids’ Place, for learning English through lively conversation, simple writing, singing inspiration, dancing, playing games, and making hands-on projects. By teaching lively English based on Bible stories, gospel is proclaimed into students’ hearts. In addition to English VBS camps, in China MH teams conducts Chinese Bible camps for college and high school students to proclaim the truth to further disciple young believers.
Since 2007 MH has conducted English VBS programs in southern Taiwan’s very heavy Buddhist areas’ elementary school campuses for the summer camp and for the school semesters’ formal classes. As a result hundreds of students came to Lord, making impacts on turning local communities to Christ from their years of spiritual darkness.
After Taiwan mission, MH’s Mission China team proceeded to the 3-self church of ~42,000 people in Taiyuan, China to conduct Chinese Bible camp for college and high school students, and children ministry’s summer camp and its coworkers’ training.
During the VBS camps, MH presented life-faith seminars to local communities and provided pastoral caring for believers, and held EV converts to exalt God’s name and outreach the local people for Christ. Through God’s grace by providing additional community caring programs to cure the sick and help the weak, MH’s mission China teams will further outreach more people to extend His kingdom in China.
MH envisioned from its inception of pulling together various of kingdom resources to increase the mission, not the ministry(John 3:30). And has been and always will support churches and encourages mission minded Christians to organize their own teams with MH providing logistics and coordination to accomplish the great commission commanded by Jesus. Since 2007 Mission Taiwan team following God’s will has sent short mission teams to Ligang, Taiwan every summer. From 12 persons onset to this year’s 110 coming from different churches across the country co-worked under one God, one faith and one baptism to exalt God’s name in 10 public elementary schools by praising God with worshipping hymns and proclaiming truth in English and Chinese. Praise the Lord, His name has been glorified from our loving those kids in His name(Isa 42:8). Many children answered our alter calls to receive Jesus, this year alone has more than 2000 got saved.
Time is ripe for us to establish a long term mission base in Ligang to co-work with the local church to cultivate those seeds we sowed for further extending God’s kingdom.
Thank Lord, we have found a traditional ranch house right next to the church to be our missions’ ranch house for our long term missionaries to stay in supporting the church’s outreach into three colleges like what Campus Crusaders do. Depending on each missionary’s situation, a mission of one month to several years can be arranged.
Praising the Lord, we have had a seed funding of $5000 to start the long term mission in Ligang, Taiwan. The monthly expense of $400 is up to our God to provide in His faithfulness. All glory be to God.
台 宣 和 中 宣 的 和 諧 農 庄
自2007年以 來, 順著神奇妙 的帶引 ,台宣歷年來 暑期 都能派出陣容日益強 大來自 全美 不同教會 組成 的短宣隊從 起初的 12人到今年的 110人,與里港教會同工在佛光山前心合意的 高舉 主名 ,在十間 屏東縣立 國小的禮堂 和教室 藉美語 詩歌 頌讚 神、傳講 信息 ,全面興旺福音 。主將得救的孩童 人數 每年大量 加給我們 ,到今年 已過了兩千 。台宣 傳揚神的大愛 ,為主 帶來 好名聲 ,整個社區 也因而認識 了耶穌 、歸 榮耀於神 (賽42:8)。
今年七月的短宣後 ,心中 一直在 求問神如何 讓台宣 撒的種子能繼續 成長 。與里港教會林牧師 分享 後才知我們同感一靈 。台宣正可 配合里港教會 開發 新的事工 、擴展神的國度 。因著神的恩典 ,台 宣便於十月 著手 籌備在里港建立宣教基地發展 中期和長的 事奉 ,並可 就近繼續 的、進一步 支援 中宣 在中國太原教會 四年來的聖經 培訓 事工 。 感謝主 ! 已有一位愛主弟兄願租 出一間緊鄰教會 邊、還 算新建的 傳統式 三合院房舍供台宣使用 。這基地坐落在一庭院中 ,同工可真有田園生活的 感受 , 故封此為『和諧 農庄 』。感謝神 ! 目前 台宣和中的 『和諧 農庄』已有 $ 5,000的種子基金 , 繼續 仰賴信實主供應 後續每月 租三房 供三夫婦 或十同工 的$400費用。 『和諧 農庄』事工 預定 在 2012年七月短宣後正式啟動。
目前 里港教會 正要開發的 新事工有三 :
(1) 加強已有的弱勢家庭課輔班 (每晚7-9 )
(2) 建立關懷長輩的台語福音事工 (里港: 每週二10-1, 東港:每週三10-1)
(3) 建立鄰近三大學的生小組事工 *(每週三到五11-1 and 4-6)
*照Campus Crusade的模式 ,在校園 藉學生 同工 介紹 同學來分享 、關懷 、帶 領他們 到教會團契信主 。
加上 現有的得勝者事工 (外展 探訪 ),社青弟兄小組 (未婚弟兄 ),社青姊妹小組 (未婚姊妹 ),青少團契小 組 及家庭小, 求神使用台宣的 中期和長事 工澆灌 過去五年 來短宣隊撒下神道的種子在里港地 區發芽 、生根 、開花 、結果 。中國太原教會的 事工 以教導成人和大學生 聖經 為主另行計劃 。
為了平衡在里港的 事奉和退休 的生活 ,台宣的事工 會由多人分擔 ,同工按各人的情況 為主 做工 從中 期的一到 數月,或長期的一到數年 。專業同工更可進入 附近的四 大學任教 、做育英才 ,也是為主 發 展退休 生涯的又一春 。
